Responsibility is the sense of duty towards oneself and towards other people .One must be responsible and should never claim credit for others actions. A person should never claim credit for others actions. a person should also accept responsibility for his or her negative behavior.

Many people want to escape from their wrong doings. No word that is spoken from the mouth will never come back into the mouth. Therefore, people should also be careful about what they speak and what they do. Good deeds will return a good one, but a bad deed will return a million.

One should be genuine towards others who love them and those who look up to them. Parents should take responsibility for their children and children should in return show love, care and be responsible towards their parents.

Similarly, teachers must work responsibly to mould the lives of their students. Also, students must at all time take responsibility for their actions.
We should all act responsibly towards our environment, our community, our country and our world.

Proteins provide us with vital nutrients for growth, development, maintenance and repair of tissues.
The fruits and vegetables provide us with vitamins for a healthy nervous system and strong blood. It is advised that an individual should take 5-6 serving of fruits and vegetables a day for a healthy lifestyle. Together with a proper diet, fluids are also important for our bodies.

The coconut water, fruit juices, and milk are nutritious drinks that help in rehydration and quenching thirst. Not drinking enough fluids may lead to urinary infections and bad health. Milk provides essential proteins and it is an important source of calcium for growing children.

Soft drink contains a lot of sugar which gives energy without providing other important nutrients needed for health. Drinking lots of soft drinks can cause bad teeth and lead to obesity.
