Written By : Dr. Abdul Qadir Buksh Suva.. If the people say no to the charter and no to the military, what can the NCBBF and the Military Council do? Probably nothing. Therefore, we need to ban those who were part of the coup governments since 1987. They should not participate in the General Election in 2009. It becomes therefore easier to speak about such items as one man one vote. We need not move in a vicious cycle, wasting time and money for nothing. We may neither have the charter nor the military. Are those in the power now prepared for this?
