He thinks I am just overly criticising this interim government probably because it is pro-Indian. He should have read my letters ever since I started with my new hobby.
I had written numerous letters against the State during Qarase’s reign, because I felt the State had a duty to the people.
In other words it is accountable to the people.
Just like when Pilate (the Roman Governor) asked the people who to crucify – Barabus or Jesus.
Lawrence Narayan surely knows whose decision it was to have Jesus crucified – the Jewish people themselves.
When King Ahab grabbed Naboth’s vineyard (that God had given to his ancestors), Lawrence Narayan can tell you what happened after that.
We should not only pray, but we should do our utmost best, in whatever way to help the people turn from their evil ways. Just like Lawrence Narayan, preaching the Gospel through a broader medium than his pulpit. I thank him for that.
