Wang stamped her mark as the undisputed champion remaining unbeaten throughout the four- day tournament.
The 18-year old was too powerful for Visico in a one-sided finale.
Wang said the win was a boost for her as she looks forward to other major tournaments on the World Tennis Association.
“I love Fiji and I love the people here,” Wang said.
“I didn’t think I would win so easily but I was determined to win the title and that is what I have achieved.”
The rising Chinese star hopes to return next year to defend her crown after putting up a sterling performance over the last four days.
Philippines Cristina Visico said she lost focus in the most important match of the tournament.
Visico said although she lost heavily she will take back with her the Fijian experience.
“I gave it my best and it’s been a long week. I think the heat got to me and today (yesterday) wasn’t the best I have played this week,” Visico said.
“I wasn’t too familiar with the surface and I lost perspective in why I was here.
It’s been a while since I last played under pressure and I couldn’t take it.”
Wang received US$2,000 and a Chris Aire watch valued at US$ 4,000 as the prizemoney for the winner.
Visico got US $1,500 and a jewel from J Hunter Pearls Fiji valued at $2,500 for her effort.
Shikha Uberoi finished in third place after she defeated Dominika Dieskova 6-4, 6-2 in the playoff.
Uberoi pocketed US$500.
