Because of this the country’s tourism gateway also has a diverse range of good restaurants unmatched anywhere else in Fiji.
They range from fine dining at international-name resorts to popular locally owned and patronised eateries.

Rokete Restaurant
Mercure Hotel, Queens Road, Martintar.
This restaurant specialises in set piece menus with international taste and locally styled upon request.

Hamacho Resaurant
Westin, Denarau Island,
Cuisine:Traditional Japanese cuisine.Opening hours: 6pm – 10pm.
Specialty:Teppanyaki (grill), Sukiyaki and Shabushabu (cooking in boiling broth) food in front of you with your choice of meat (lamb, beef fillet, ribeye), seafood (scallops, salmon, snapper, lobster, tuna), or chicken with your choice of vegetables with the signature dipping sauce.
Appetisers sashimi, sushi, tempura, dumplings .Recommended choices: Teppanyaki and sushi. Free parking at the Westin Hotel or Sheraton Villas and you can request at reception for a cart to take you to the restaurant. BYO – corkage $6.00.
Event catering also available. Functions: seat 16 guests in sukiyaki and Shabushabu room; 13 guests in small Teppanyaki room and 24 guests in larger Teppanyaki room.

Saffron Tandoori Restaurant, Jack’s Mall, Nadi town.
Provides an excellent choice for fine dining for authentic Indian cuisines.
