Naisoso Island’s first residents move in over the next few days with two luxurious homes completed this week.
Of the 122 residential lots, over 90 of the properties have already been sold and a number of homes are at various stages of construction completion.
Two of the homes have been completed this week and both are beautiful homes.  Mr Bob Lowres comments “I am delighted to see the first homes being completed.
I always envisioned a luxury enclave with tropical homes representing the alfresco lifestyle that Fiji is known for.
Both of these homes demonstrate the luxury and style that will ensure Naisoso Island is known as the best integrated masterplanned tourism island in the Pacific”.
Jim and Sue Ravenhall, from Auckland are extremely excited about the prospect of moving into their home on Naisoso Island.

  • The couple are in the process of spending an extended period of time in Fiji in order to ensure the home is completed to a very high standard.  “Naisoso Island is a dream come true for us.

To have the opportunity to be part of something so exclusive, right on the waters edge, is something dreams are made of”.
Sue Ravenhall went on to say “The moment you enter the 24 hour security gates and take a moment on the top of the bridge, you realise the quality, luxury and potential of Naisoso Island.
The weather here is fabulous, the lifestyle is exactly what we are after, and the people of Fiji have been so friendly.
We walk here every day before work on the island and you find you almost get lost in the lush landscaping and the beautiful scenery.
You genuinely realise that you want to be part of this island long term.  For us we have always loved Fiji, but the beauty and exclusiveness of Naisoso has created a reason for us to dream that this may just be more permanent,” she said.
Jim Ravenhall comments “I have always loved the water and as a keen boatie and fisherman I am delighted to be part of the island.
It is brilliant that I am able to walk right up to the marina where my boat is moored.
I am a builder by trade, so I am excited at the prospect that I am about to move into my home on the island. ,” he said.
The Ravenhalls are just one of a number of owners who are well underway with either the construction of their home or architectural plans are underway.
Naisoso Island is fast moving ahead in its quest to be the number one luxury residential community in Fiji.
