Naisoso Island hosted guests from Fiji’s local building, banking and property industries to celebrate the completion of the Island’s latest luxury home.
The event was hosted by Northern Blue Construction to showcase their perfectly finished project.
Also attending were identities involved in the successful development of the Island so far, including representatives from Investment Fiji, Nadi Rural and a range of local businesses and building contractors.
The VIP event was themed to allow guests to enjoy a ‘VIP Moonlight Viewing’ of Northern Blue Construction’s newly completed masterpiece in the exclusive ‘rivage’ precinct.
Despite inclement weather, guests sipped on champagne and enjoyed views over the Sleeping Giants Mountain.
Northern Blue Construction is an Australian luxury homebuilder with 25 years experience.
Having spent almost two years building in Fiji they understand the local market and representatives were thrilled with the finished product and complimented the efforts of their local building crew.
Managing director, Luke Bryce, commented on the positive culture at Northern Blue Construction, saying, “We’ve managed to grow our own select team of full time workers. We invest in on-the-job training and only settle for the best results.
“Likewise, my Northern Blue Construction counterpart, Regan Berryman and I are hands-on, ensuring all elements of the job run professionally and smoothly to deliver first-class quality control” Bryce concluded.
The property is currently for sale and is situated on almost 1900m² of freehold riverfront land and creates the perfect setting for this prestigious home.
Featuring four spacious bedrooms with private ensuites and stunning indoor, outdoor showers, this home boasts high ceilings throughout with exposed mahogany rafters.
This design creates a spacious feeling that allows for natural breezes to flow throughout the home.
The property is also the first ‘spec home’ to be built on the Island and is an example of the Naisoso Island Resort Villas which is due 2014 that will be luxury villa-style accommodation for families and couples.
Managing director of Naisoso Island, Bob Lowres, is thrilled with the result.
“People are genuinely surprised when they see what’s possible in Fiji. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is excellent”.
The event concluded another busy week at Naisoso Island with the final block of the ‘Palm Cove’ precinct now sold, leaving only a handful of riverfront and beachfront property remaining.
Naisoso Island Real Estate will be holding monthly open homes to showcase the luxury spec home so enquire today to register your interest.
