Lautoka

It   has  become  a   horrendous  situation  at  Abdul  Rahiman  Lane, at  the  end  of  S.M.Koya  Rd  in Kashmir,  Lautoka,  whereby   you cannot  enjoy   quality  time   with   family   members   because   of being   disturbed by  continuous   barking   and  whining   of   dogs in  our  neighborhood.
These dogs are owned   by   people   who totally   ignore   our requests   to   control   their  dogs.
Due to  unbearable noise, we cannot watch  TV  programmes ,study  or  talk to  each  other, just  because  of the  uncontrollable dogs.
I  believe  we  are  trying  to  make  our  environment beautiful clean   and safe.     We   should  have   laws  to deter these   types   of   owners   getting   full   right   to   own   so many   dogs,  have   them   polluting   our   environment   and atmosphere.
I  suggest   we  should  have  a policy  of  one  dog  per owner,  who should  take  sole  responsibility  of controlling excessive  barking  or  even  masking  them  if  there is excessive  barking and  owners  to carry plastic  bags for  their  dog  pooh  while  strolling    them.
