Office 2000+ Limited has assured their customers that they prioritise their services based on efficiency and quality.
This was during a morning tea hosted by the company on Friday for customer interaction with some of its major clients at their headquarters in Toorak, Suva.
Office 2000 + Limited Showroom supervisor, Leena Kumar, said the company was committed to maintain healthy relationship with their customers.
“We are committed to what our customers request. And in doing so, efficiency and quality service is our priority to ensure that our clients receive the best service delivery there is,” she said.
Ms Kumar said most people based their purchasing on price; however this should not be the case.
“Most people limit themselves from acquiring products that are quality because of the price,” she said.
“They should buy quality goods so that it lasts for a long time and I believe that we (Office 2000) offer those quality products along with the best after sales service.
“Our service staffs are experts at servicing Toshiba Notebooks, Toshiba Projectors, Toshiba copiers and faxes, Brother printers and multifunctions.
“This event is just one of the many yet to come and we look forward to interacting with more of our customers in the future.”
