Courts Inter-District Championship champions, Labasa wants to return home with the title on Sunday.
The Babasiga Lions say they are ready for the annual event which kicks off in Ba today.
“The boys are mentally, physically and spiritually ready,”Labasa Football interim president Bhim Raj Reddy said.
“And they are all psyched up to defend the IDC title.
“We are 100 per cent set and we just can’t wait to play.
“We have also retained the core of last year’s victorious IDC team and we have faith in them that they’ll deliver in Ba this week.”
Reddy said they had done thorough preparations at home and it was time that this hard work was put into practice.
Days of training, hard work and sacrifice have all come to an end and when they departed for Viti Levu on Monday, they had nothing else on their minds but to take glory back to Vanua Levu when the dust settles at Govind Park on Sunday.
