French Ambassador, Gilles Montagnier said new agreements in the education field should strengthen the cooperation particularly in the language and cultural sectors.
“Integration is a living concept which is reflected daily in deed and action and my services now provide the necessary logistical support and help to facilitate these exchanges,” he said.
“All these actions aim to strengthen regional integration, promoted by the cultural and geographical relation with which we are all much attached.
Meanwhile, Mr Montagnier also acknowledged the success of Fiji’s partipation in the Pacific Trade Fair in Noumea which ended on Monday.
“I would like to also take this opportunity to highlight the  huge success of the Fiji delegation to the Pacific Trade Fair in Noumea. They exceeded expectations through excellent service and spectacular performances.”
