The body of a man was yesterday found at the Wailekutu Bridge in Lami yesterday.
Police spokesperson Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said the body was now being kept at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital (CWMH) for a post mortem examination.
“No one is in custody but the Police are investigating.”
Meanwhile, a 22-year-old male is the latest road victim.
Police say the deceased was walking towards the Wainibokasi community post on the right side, when a mini van driver allegedly swerved on to the opposite land and hit the victim.
