STUDENTS HAVE
FUN WIT NAMES

Word on the street is that University of the South Pacific students have embraced the Harry Potter series. So much so that they have named several of their lecturers after Harry Potter characters.
Rumour has it that one lecturer’s code name is Dolores Umbridge. No need to remind Harry Potter fans of who Umbridge was. Word is that the two share a few characteristics!

CAPTAIN TAKES
HOTEL CHARGE

The Grand Melanesian Hotel in Namaka, Nadi, has a new owner! Captain Nitin Hiralal has taken over the hotel and already quite a few positive changes have been introduced, starting with a 55 inch LED screen at the bar. We congratulate Captain Nitin and wish him well!!

RADISSON
ON MOVE

We welcome three new appointments at the Radisson Blu Resort at Denarau Island. General Manager Gerard Knight, Director Sales and Marketing Suzie Jones and Director Food and Beverage Robert Wilkes joined the team over the past month. We wish them the best!
Radisson is one of the major international hotel and resort chains now well established on Denarau. The Radisson group began in the USA. Radisson? It is named after famous North American explorer Pierre-Esprit Radisson.

NOW FOR THE
REAL LEAGUE

Top officials had supported the move to boost crowds and improve playing standards. An official word on the matter is now awaited.
