4R Electrical Labasa Muslim College aims to dethrone defending champions Central College Lautoka in the secondary schools final today.
Central College defeated Labasa Muslim 2-0 earlier yesterday but both teams have booked their spots in the final after the round robin competition finishing in the top two spots.
In other secondary school results yesterday, Ba Sangam College thumped Baulevu High 6-0.
Labasa Muslim School coach Ranjan Sharma said they fielded in their second string team yesterday and rested their key players.
“We know the areas we need to work on for the final on Sunday,”Sharma said.
“We will come back strong and we are ready to play the defending champion again with all our key players.
“We have come a long way from Labasa and we aim to take the trophy back with us.”
The secondary schools final will kick off at 1:30pm today.
