Digicel Fiji 7s coach Alifereti Dere has released the names of players to attend a fitness test in Suva next Wednesday.
Dere said this is to prepare the players for the next round of the 2012/2013 HSBC World Sevens Series in Dubai and South Africa.
On Tuesday, Dere said there are going to be changes in the team.
He said there are two teams chosen for the whole series and the third team is on standby.
“The first team went to Gold Coast and in the next leg in Dubai only three players will be retained and the rest will be rested, said Dere.
“We have team white, black and stripe as discussed and there will be changes done for each and every leg and this will not affect the performance. This is because we are also setting targets for 2013 World Cup and the 2016 RIO Olympics as we try to win the first gold medal.”
The fitness test will be held at the HPU gym in Suva and will start at 9am.
