The Suva Magistrates Court suspended a jail term of a man charged with disorderly conduct.
On the first count of annoying a person, Ravniel Raj on September 2, at Samabula swore at Police Constable Manoa Vuki.
On the second count of disorderly conduct Raj conducted himself in a disorderly manner at the Samabula Police Station.
On the third count of annoying a person, he swore at Woman Police Constable Shobna Devi.
He was sentenced to 13 months in prison suspended for 24 months.
