FNPF first in Pacific for international award

The Fiji National Provident Fund has been awarded merit certificates for reforms to its pension scheme and promoting financial literacy.

The awards were given by the International Social Security Association at a meeting in Seoul, South Korea.

FNPF chief executive Aisake Taito and board chairman Ajith Kodagoda were present at the award ceremony.

The ISSA with its headquarters in Geneva consists of 360 member organisations representing 160 countries.
