It is restricting the sale of a particular product.

Suffering residents of Lautoka quickly brought up bottled water stocks in the Sugar City. Some even drove as far as Nadi to stock up.
The big water cut struck not just in the city. Vuda and Viseisei residents were seen patiently waiting on the roadside with buckets waiting for water trucks too.

Seems those so busy attacking our columnist Graham Davis on a closed Facebook forum called Friends of the Fiji Media are refusing to let him in to respond.
Scared of their views coming under scrutiny from the vastly more experienced Mr Davis are they? Surely not.
