Amenatave Yaconisau
Suva

I have just decided to keep my rubbish bin at the bin bay to trap stray dogs at night.
Waiting for council trappers is of no assistance.
But it seems that these hounds have ceased paying visits to their usual hangout areas where they receive good meals.
It appears to me they have located better rubbish, or does it herald the beginning of a new season. My own personal dog has been sighted a few chains from my house apparently in a disorderly arrangement with other male dogs.
There is rarely any barking where others hear it and come out of their rest place to service uncollected rubbish bins.
It’s very weird now, ‘no business as usual’
Strange behaviour!
