Fiji Police spokesperson Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri confirmed that one of the two persons involved in the accident at Waila, Nausori, on Wednesday died at the Nausori Health Centre last night.
“The driver passed away and the woman, who was a passenger in the private car, is in the CWM Hospital in a serious condition,” Inspector Sokomuri said.
The accident involved a Tacirua bus which crashed into the private car which was on its way to Suva.
