South Sea Logistics Suva soccer team looks forward to playing Vanuatu champion Amicale FC next wek.
Suva Football’s president Mahend Prasad expressed the capital side’s excitement at hosting the club.
“This will definitely be an added boost for us in terms of building up our campaign in the Fiji Sun/Skipper Tuna National Football League and for the overall 2014 season,” Prasad said.
“We are playing Vanuatu and indeed one of the region’s top football clubs.
“It will be a very good experience for our boys as the current national league leading team to gain a lot of experience and knowledge from top teams.
“We’re calling on the supporters and fans of Suva football to come and support our team and witness what will be a great game of football and not miss the chance to watch Amicale FC in action.”
The men in white are scheduled to host Amicale FC on July 24 and July 31 at the ANZ Stadium in Suva for two matches. Rewa’s Delta Tigers are also expected to host the Vanuatu club.
Meanwhile, Suva hosts Navua in the Fiji Sun/Skipper Tuna National Football League at the ANZ Stadium at 3pm today while Rewa plays Lautoka at Churchill Park at 3pm tomorrow.
