Ratu Kadavulevu School’s (RKS) sponsors NewNet have given them a further $2000 to assist them in the 2014 Coke Zero Deans finals tomorrow.

RKS principal Beniamino Tawake could not express how greatful he was for the generous sponsorship as it has come at the right time.

“I would like to thank NewNet for their financial support to our Under-18 team.”Tawake said.

RKS board chairman Alipate Naiorosui said the donation has come a long way considering they have been fundraising for the team themselves in the off-season.

“The students, parents and teachers have to sell cream buns in school to fundraise,”he said.

“But this donation will help us even further and we will be going in this Saturday with a fighting spirit.” he said.

NewNet sales marketing manager Terence O’Neill says the company is proud to support a school like RKS and they aim to help them reach their goal.

“We are proud to be partners in this competition of the Deans finals particularly with a strong brand name such as RKS in the secondary schools rugby.”

RKS plays Lelean Memorial School at Churchill Park, Lautoka tomorrow.
