All Freight Logistics Suva will be expecting a tough game against Rewa in the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants this weekend.

Suva progressed to the semifinals after winning all their games in the three rounds of pool competition beating Nadroga 4-0, Navua 1-0 and Lautoka 1-0.

The capital side has started with light training on Tuesday and head coach Gurjit Singh said it would be a tough fight against Rewa for a spot in the finals.

“Rewa has done well and have some really good young players so they will be a tough team to beat this weekend,” he said.

“When it comes to the semifinals, everyone knows it’s a different ball game altogether and we are not the only ones who will be out there hoping for a win.”

Singh said discipline was very important and had been working on perfecting their tactics to avoid mistakes.

“We need to keep our mistakes at a minimum because we cannot afford to give away easy goals. The team which makes less mistakes can win this semifinal.” he said.

All the players are fit to play but Noah Vukica and Abdul Mosheem who are injured, but have not been ruled out completely, he said.

“They are doing light training for now and we are monitoring them closely and we hope they recover in time for the game.” said Singh.

Regardless of the capital side’s cautious approach towards the semifinal, Singh will be out to win his first B.O.G tournament.

All Freight Logistics Suva will face Rewa in the first semifinal at 3pm followed by Ba and Lautoka at the ANZ Stadium, Suva.
