A 35-year-old man who allegedly tried to set fire to his wife in Taveuni has been charged with one count of criminal intimidation.
Police confirm the accused will be produced in court tomorrow.
The incident allegedly took place last Tuesday night and the 30-year-old woman remains admitted in a stable condition in hospital.
