Rewa paramount chief and SODELPA  leader, Ro Teimuu Kepa has repeated the call to preserve Christian faith and the land.

“We should continue to protect our land and church for our future generation she said.

She made this comment at the opening of the Rewa Vutia Track on Saturday.

“We should not be swayed by the news that is going around us about things being given free.

“Hard work brings blessings and I hope that you know the truth and that you will be able to make the right decision.”

Ro Teimumu acknowledged the villagers for their contribution and hard work on the construction of the new footpath which will be benefiting six villages. Villagers from Vutia, Narocivo,Vunuku,Tavuya, Nukui and Drekena were part of the traditional opening ceremony of the footpath.
