Kavoli Residents Want To Give FijiFirst A Chance

For Narendra, 60 from Kavoli, Tavua, it is time for a change which will enable Fiji to move forward.

He says FijiFirst is the party he will vote for come September 17.

“I like the party policies and they have done so much for us in the last few years,” said Mr Narendra.

He said he had witnessed previous elections and promises made which remained unfulfilled.

“I will vote FijiFirst because it speaks the truth,” he said.

“I have listened to other political parties but FijiFirst sounds genuine.

Mr Narendra applauded the manifesto saying he was happy about the free medication provision for people earning below $ 20,000 per annum.

Mr Narendra was present at the FijiFirst campaign meeting which was led by party general secretary, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.

Mr Sayed-Khaiyum was accompanied by other candidates Rosy Akbhar and Praveen Bala.

He told the crowd it was about time for a change, a time to forget about divisions in the country and move forward.

“We have to think about long term issues and how we want to resolve what affects the people of the country,” he said.

“It is everybody, it is about the economy and it is not about race, religion or creed,” he said.

He asked people to vote wisely and for the right people.
