Students need to concentrate not only for the seven Saturdays left for this school term, but also throughout the week because  this will determine what kind of future they will have.

The comment was made by the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) Commander, Brigadier-General Mosese Tikoitoga, while opening the Revision and Tutorial Classes for Year 12 and 13 student at Ratu Sukuna Memorial School in Nabua on Saturday.

He said it was important for students to revise, learn and make personal sacrifices.

“These sacrifices and the amount of learning and concentration will determine what kind of future you will have.”

RFMF Wives and Mothers Club president Salote Tavainavesi said they had been having the programme for over 10 years.

“The important thing to note in this programme is that we, as members, are doing this for our children,” Ms Tavainavesi said.

She said this was the time for students to seize the opportunity and make use of the time spent in the coming seven Saturdays.

“Our club will ensure the continuity of this revision and tutorial classes in the years to come,” he said.
