Samu Suguturaga and Vilimoni Lacanivalu scored for Fiji Bitter National Fire Authority (NFA) rugby team in the 15-14 win over Fresh’et Navy last night.

This was in the last round of RC Manubhai Suva Rugby Union (SRU) Escott Shield Premier Division match at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.

NFA coach Akuila Nasi praised his players for winning the match.

“This was an important victory for us and we are now looking forward to the quarterfinals,” Nasi said.

NFA will play Pacific Agencies Harlequins in the quarterfinal tomorrow at 2pm at the ANZ Stadium. NFA led 12-8 at halftime.

RC Manubhai Premier grade quarterfinals draws: 11am Police –Lomai Green;12.30pm DHL Raiwaqa – Covenant; 2pm Fiji Bitter NFA – Pacific Agencies Harlequins; 3.30 Fiji Bitter Army- Fresh’et Navy.
