FijiFirst candidate and political newcomer Ruveni Nadalo has started moving around to his voters in the Nadroga/ Navosa areas to thank them for their support.

Mr Nadalo is among the party’s top prospects for a seat in Parliament according to the latest progressive results of vote counting.

He said revisiting people who had voted for him was important because without them he wouldn’t have won the votes.

Mr Nadalo said his goals of contesting the election was to try and get issues faced by the people solved and winning a seat would be a great platform for addressing these issues and the needs of the people at large.

“I contested the election because of the FijiFirst vision and for the people; there are a lot of demands by the people; basic needs like water need to be sourced to every village in Fiji,” he said.

He attributed his win to his family, team and campaign managers and most of all his voters.
