Vanua Levu Land Up For Sale

What is described as one of Fiji’s largest freehold estates available for buying is being promoted for an October sale.
Tikina-i-ra is in Bua on Vanua Levu.
The freehold land is described as offering a wealth of different development opportunities.
These include general tourism, eco- adventure tourism, and primary production including forestry and agriculture, or a private retreat.
The property real estate agent is Knight Frank, a leading independent, global real estate consultancy headquartered in London.
Rick Kermode, Knight Frank property broker based in Auckland, is looking after the sale of the property.
Mr Kermode was in the 1970s-1980s one of Fiji’s most prominent athletes, competing in the Commonwealth Games and winning South Pacific Games gold medals.
In a short video clip on You Tube Knight Frank gives brief descriptions of the features of the property.
“This property has limitless development potential and endless possibilities including eco tourism, forestry, agriculture and both residential and private estates,” the company said.
“This is a magnificent freehold holding that has it all, located on the sunny dry side of Vanua Levu. Only about eight per cent of the land in Fiji is freehold.
“Ocean frontage to the north, west and south, approximately 25 km of coastline. Located in a Fiji Tax free region.
“So it goes without saying, that this is a unique offering, a blank canvas, only limited by your imagination.”
The sale will close in October.
