The Babasiga Lions are ready to take on All Freight Logistics Suva in the first round of the Courts Inter-District Competition (IDC) at Subrail Park on Saturday.

Labasa coach Bal Sanju Reddy said they are looking forward to the game.

“Our preparation is going well and everything is all up to standard” he said.

“We know Suva will come in with full force and we are ready to take them since we have the home crowd advantage. I know the pressure will be on us because Suva has qualified for the O-League but that won’t deter us from doing our best. We will be going in as underdogs and we will take each game one at a time since it’s the first round.”

Stylish midfielder Pita Bolaitoga said they are looking forward to playing in the IDC.

“Suva is a very consistent team but we are going to do our best in the first round. We anticipate a tough tournament but this game will be a good one for us especially when playing in our home ground” Bolaitoga said.
