The New Methodist Christian Fellowship Leaders’ Boot Camp ended at the Centre for Appropriate Technology and Development Training Centre (CATD) at Nadave, Bau, Tailevu last Saturday.

One hundred and twenty-seven church leaders attended the three-day event.

They were trained to be better leaders in their ministry.

Topics covered were:

– Leaders Must Lead

– Revival – Pledge Allegiance

Activities and team building exercises included case study presentations and testimonies which made the participants come out of their shells.

Women were encouraged to support their husbands in spreading the Gospel.

At the end of the two- day camp the participants learned:

– how to deal with issues;

– incorporating spiritual leadership;

– upper management skills;

– being an effective and positive leader;

– commitment to the call of God in their lives;

– raising their level of faith in their daily walk with the Lord.
