McKee: Camp Will Benefit Players

The Vodafone Flying Fijians will assemble for their first camp in Toulouse, France on October 27.
This was confirmed by Flying Fijians head coach John McKee saying their second meet would be in Marseille on November 2 as they prepare ahead of their Northern tour.
McKee told SUNsports yesterday the camps would be beneficial to the players.
“Our first camp date will be for three days and this is where all Southern Hemisphere and Northern Hemisphere players will meet and train together,” he said.
“We will reassemble on November 2 before our first game on November 8 against France.”
He said while in camp they would be working on putting together a game plan.
“We will have to build on our game plan and also look at other areas like scrum and lineouts.”
McKee said the front row was one major area of concern and they needed to put a lot of urgency in this area before next month’s tour.
“We will play France and Wales who have a powerful front row and would be strong upfront. We need to be building on this area and be accurate,” McKee said.
