Fiji cruiserweight boxing champion Sakeasi ‘The Bomb’ Dakua wants to make Fiji proud on the international scene next month.

The 45-year old Navosa native wants to fight on a November 22 programme in the Cruiserweight 8-man knockout league at Northshore in Auckland.

The tournament will feature boxers like Kali Meehan,Shane Cameron, David Aloua  and Daniel Baff  who will contest for the $150K prize pool.

Dakua needs to qualify to be selected via a “wild card” entry which requires a large fan base.

“I’m requesting all the Fijian people to join me on my Facebook page and also make comments on the Facebook page that the Fijian people want to see me on the show,” Dakua said.

The web page is https://www.facebook.com/Super8boxing.”
