Warwick International Group has announced two key positions in two resorts in its Fiji properties. The appointments enhance the group’s service delivery and customer satisfactory in all its resorts.

Kushend Kumar has worked in the industry with 19 years experience. He leads the Sales & Marketing Team at The Warwick Fiji.

Mr Kumar started his career in the hospitality industry back in 1995 where he was a Japanese coordinator and receptionist.

Mr Kumar has also held various roles as Front Office manager, Marketing Services manager, Revenue manager, Sales manager and Director of Sales in a number of resorts and organisations.

“He comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience and we are excited to have him on board,” Dean Swaagman, Regional General Manager – FIJI and BALI of Warwick International Hotels said.

As Director of Sales & Marketing, Mr Kumar will be responsible for the development and implementation of the resort’s global sales, marketing and media programmes.

Mr Swaagman added that moving forward, all sales & marketing enquiries for The Warwick Fiji will now be overseen by Mr Kumar.

He assured The Warwick Fiji was committed to helping grow the business to this part of the world.

Naviti Appointment

Una Namudu has been appointed Sales & Marketing Manager of the Naviti Resort.

Ms Namudu is comes to the resort with an in-depth knowledge of the tourism industry, said resort general manager, John Duxbury.

“She has vast experience in the operations of various departments within resorts” Mr Duxbury highlighted.

Ms Namudu’s specialisation in the Wholesale, Groups and Wedding markets would add much value to the resort which is preparing to undergo major developments in the coming months.

“We welcome Mrs Namudu on board and to continue to make Naviti Resort one of the most popular Family resorts in Fiji”.

She will be responsible for the development and implementation of the resort’s global sales, marketing and media programs.
