Triple Deal For Suva

Suva Football Association can breathe a sigh of relief ahead of the 2014 Pacific Cup in Australia next month and the National Football League next week after receiving three major sponsorships last Friday.
Suva FA president Mahendra Prasad confirmed the $10,000 joint deal with All Freight Logistics and Karan’s for the Pacific Cup and a $14,000 deal with Fortech Construction for the national league.
“This is a landmark deal because it’s the largest sponsorship we’ve ever received to date and we’re very thankful to our sponsors,” Prasad said.
“The sponsorships in themselves are really due to the hard work put in by Suva over the season which resulted in the 2014 Courts IDC the Fiji Sun/Skipper Tuna National Football League wins. A lot of companies have been coming forward since our wins because they want to support our winning spirit.
“As the president, I’ve never in my past six years ever secured sponsorship prior to the start of the season and for that I’m truly thankful to Fortech, for supporting and their commitment to us. We also thank All Freight Logistics and Karan’s for their support.
“We have to thank our families, friends and supporters. Without them, we would not have been able to work as hard as we did and accomplished all we had and gain the attention and support of our sponsors.”
Suva ended the 2014 season with the 2014 Courts IDC and the 2014 National Football League titles.
