TFL Closing MHCC Outlet, Plans To Renovate Ganilau House Branch

Telecom Fiji Limited has announced it is closing its MHCC TFL Retail Outlet in Suva from tomorrow.

The company has however assured customers that they will continue to receive the same service at its other locations. The decision to close the MHCC Outlet has been said to have been made after careful consideration.

Telecom Fiji Limited confirmed that there are plans underway to create a state-of-the-art Experience Center at its Ganilau House Outlet.

This is expected to enable customers enjoy a more user-friendly environment and will cater for all telecommunications needs.
Telecom Fiji chief executive, Mothilal De Silva, said: “At Telecom Fiji, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction.

“Though we agree that by closing the MHCC outlet, we may hinder a small segment of customers, we are promising to deliver better services at all other existing locations.

“The Ganilau House Outlet will feature up-to-date facilities and introduce an advanced experience center to our customers.”
