The Nadi based inbound travel operator, Tour Managers Fiji will be opening their second office in China next year. Currently an office has been set up Guangdong which opened in 2009.

The announcement by Tour Managers by Tour Managers comes as the pioneering China maket operator, Rosie Holidays of Nadi prepares to operate Shanghai-Nadi charter flights.

Managing director Damend Goundar, said: “I am very positive about China and will be opening an office in Shanghai on January 1 with sales and operation staffs.

“We started the tour business in Guangdong and we are one of the leading in the Chinese market because the division is getting more people and we are not losing money.

“We have opened up the upper division of china; where we started off with one person.

He said this month has been an important month since they were nearing the company’s tenth year anniversary.

“Our investment in the in the industry is growing by the company and we won’t stop as we have some more good news for the local economy.

“On January 16 we will be employing additional 70 people in the industry and we are very excited about it.”

He said their annual investment including salaries and insurance covers surpasses the $150, 000 marks.

He said they will be adding more new vehicles to their fleet, including 22 seats and 16 seat coaches respectively.

Meanwhile earlier this week, the company launched the 2015 Chinese Travel guide at the Raddison Blu Resort
