Police Seek Information On Suka

The Fiji Police Force is still seeking information on Eliki Suka.

Mr Suka, 65, is believed to have information in relation to a fire that destroyed the Natavora Water Pub and Restaurant in Korolevu, Sigatoka.

Police chief operations officer Assistant Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu said they still had not received any information about his whereabouts.

“It seems to be quiet down now from our side. We are not putting our concentration on this but we are just relying on information from the public if there is anything that comes up,” ACP Tudravu said.

The fire took place on Monday, December 23, 2013. It left two people in hospital, Suka’s 40-year old wife Naomi Kolinisau and their eight year old daughter suffering from burns.

Ms Kolinisau died later in hospital while her daughter was airlifted to New Zealand for further treatment.

A $1000 reward was also in place for the arrest of Suka, however, no one had come forward with any information.
