FHL Lends Support To 7s

Staff at Fijian Holdings Limited main office in Suva were visited by the members of the Vodafone Fiji 7s team yesterday.
The players turned up to present them with the Fiji Rugby Union Centennial Jersey.

Team manager Paula Biu acknowledged the FHL staff for their contribution.

“We thank you for your support in buying this Centennial jersey which in one way that will assist us financially,” Biu said.

FHL Group chief executive officer Nouzab Fareed said, “We thought that it’s very important to give something back to the sport, especially the upcoming 2016 Rio Olympics. Definitely, we’re looking forward to you bringing the gold back. That is what we’re all looking forward to.”

FHL marketing manager, Priscilla Greig presented the players prospectus for investments into business to help players in their personal lives.

“The bags that you are holding contain what we call the prospectus, which is for you to read. We can provide you with advice on how to invest, particularly if you’re looking to make investments that will benefit you in the long run.

“What you’re holding is something that will be good, not only to you, but to your family, to your children, to your generations to come.

“It’s all about investing opportunities.

“Not only is this for 7s, I want the 15 s team too. I want each and every one of you to have something to fall back on when you reach the end of the professional rugby road.”

Fareed was presented with a framed Centennial jersey which FHL had bought in support of Fiji Rugby Union’s effort to raise funds following the 2013 Centennial celebrations on the road to the 2016 Rio Olympics.
