Suva Private Hospital has invested in the latest state-of-the-art Biochemistry machine from Roche Diagnostics called the Cobas 6000. The new addition will enhance laboratory diagnostics and consequently impact clinical outcomes.

Suva Private Hospital has invested in the latest state-of-the-art Biochemistry machine from Roche Diagnostics called the Cobas 6000.

The new addition will enhance laboratory diagnostics and consequently impact clinical outcomes.

SPH continues to improve their diagnostic capability by upgrading equipment regularly and ensuring that equipment and machinery are in line with current technological development. This Biochemistry equipment will further enhance the pathology capabilities at SPH and bring about more concise analysis.

Hospital general manager David Qumivutia expressed appreciation towards shareholder BSP Life’s continual commitment towards the health industry of Fiji.  He said the board had big plans towards upgrading services at SPH in the short to medium term which will be complimentary to the current health service provisions of Fiji.
