Mr Singh has worked in various five-star hotels in India when he started his career with Commi II Indian curry section in Hotel Waitin & Wild Resort, Haryana

1997-1999: Hotel Jukaso Inn, New Delhi

1999-2002: Buzz Rest O Bar, New Delhi

2002-2004: in Buzz Rest O Bar, Gurgoan, Haryana.

2004 -2008: Indian curry section in Moja Rest O Bar, Faridabad, Haryana.

Country Inn and Suites by Carlson, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad Uttar Pardesh

2009-2011: Hilton Mayur Vihar, Ph-I New Delhi

2011-2012: Park Hyatt Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh,

March 2012 to July 2013: Curry Chef Queen’s Indian World Wide Jakarta Bali,  Al Khobra, Riyadh, Indonesia

September 2013 – March 2014: Indigo Indian & Asian Restaurant

Back ground:

Originally from East Vinod Nagar, Dehli, India and has been part of Indigo since last September.
