Our 10 Athletes Can Produce, Says Kalou

Nadroga Navosa Provincial High School will be banking on their 10 athletes to stamp their mark at the Coca-Cola Games today.

The school last participated at the Coke Games in 2012.

Coach Kelera Kalou said the athletics team had sacrificed a lot during their preparation.

“For a small school like us, it is very hard to get sponsors so we had to fundraise in order to participate,” Kalou said.

“We had to reach out to parents and the old scholars from the school to help us in our fundraising.

“We have some elite students who we believe can make a difference.

“The athletes are really happy and the students are so fortunate since most of them are new and are first time participants to the Coca Cola Games.

“After three long years I’m glad that we are could make it to the Coke Games again this year.

“We’ve high hope on these 10 athletes and we are just hopping for the best.

“We would like to thank all the parents and those who have helped us.”
