SODELPA At Work

It is interesting to hear of the Social Democratic Liberal Party (SODELPA) holding constituency meetings.
Is this the start of its next general election campaign?
Or is it trying to counter the iTaukei Consultations organised by the Ministry of the iTaukei Affairs.
In these consultations, claims made by SODELPA in its last campaign have been dealt with.
Enjoying Life
Yesterday was the first day of school for Term 2.
Year One students also started enjoying again their free Rewa Life milk and Weet-Bix at school.
Too much drama
The Opposition all rose in Parliament yesterday demanding that a question they term as urgent be allowed.
This was regarding the Prime Minister’s statement that Fiji does not want Australia and New Zealand in the Pacific Islands Forum as full members but instead as development partners.
The Prime Minster had previously addressed this and also said Fiji would be engaged in all Pacific Islands Forum programmes but not in the Leaders’ meetings.
What was the drama for?
