Questioning Questions

For the second day in a row, the Opposition withdrew a question in the Parliament relating to iiTaukeii affairs just before the PM was due to answer it.

Is there a reason for this? Mickey Bird suspects that the answers would reveal past land deals made by those in what is now the Social Democratic Liberal Party (SODELPA).

Hot stuff?

They nights are now very cold.

However, the juice seller continues to sell cold drinks.

Mickey Bird is asking these juice sellers to think of hot drinks for the cold nights.

Church ‘giving’

Mickey Bird has obtained information from the Western Division that a church p astor was recently suspended until further notice due to some allegations made against him.

The church board sat down and decided to take some fish, dalo and some $500 cash to the head of the church for the pastor to be reinstated again. If this was business, what would it be called?

No more boots, umbrellas

Mickey Bird after a tour of the suburbs of Suva City has seen no boots or umbrellas hanging on power lines as a signal to a marijuana dealer.

This comes after publicity in this newspaper about the signals.

What is the signal now?
