A charity organisation made a special visit to the Senior Citizens Home in Samabula, Suva, on Monday.

Yashmeen Hussain, the chairperson of the Fiji Human Touch Charity Society and its members donated medical equipment, medical supplies and gift packs to the residents.

Mrs Hussain was born in Brown Street, Toorak, but migrated to Canada with her family in 1971.

She said they visited the home to identify some of their needs and return to Canada to raise the necessary funds.
