Fiji Link celebrated turning one in a huge way yesterday.

The event was filled with heaps of fun activities for children and adults at the Ratu Sukuna Park yesterday.

Fiji Link rebranded from its former name, Pacific Sun to coincide with the arrival of its first brand new ATR 72-600 aircraft on June 6, 2014 at Nausori Airport.

Public Relations manager Shane Hussein said: “It has been an incredible journey for the Fiji Link team they have had a complete fleet modernisation of the ATR aircraft.”

The event was also celebrated in Nadi and Labasa and also with travelling customers

Changes undertaken:
– Two brand new ATR 72-600s
– One brand new ATR 42- 600
– New Fiji Link livery and exterior design
– Replace its two ATR 42-500s.
– Three Twin Otter aircraft underwent an exterior livery change to match the ATRs.
– A new general manager for Fiji Link Thomas Robinson
