Potential Witness Yet To Be Identified

Police are once again requesting information that could help identify a man who could assist in the investigations into the alleged murder of Saula Sucu, 21, in Suva in late April.

This is after Police dismissed a man who came forward last weekend claiming he was the one seen on the security camera footage.

Police have confirmed, after questioning the man over the weekend, that his claim was untrue.

Mr Sucu was found unconscious in front of the O’Reilly’s Nightclub in Suva in April. He was rushed to the Colonial War Memorial Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.

“As such we are again requesting anyone who may know the identity of the person seen on the security camera footage from inside the nightclub to contact the Totogo Police Station on 9905 834 or call 917,” Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said.
