New Beachfront Bures At Treasure Island Resort

Treasure Island Resort has announced the opening of its new room category the ‘Premium Beachfront Bure’ on July 1.

The traditionally styled bures have a modern contemporary twist to its décor and are 25% larger in floor size then the existing bures on the island.

Group General Manager Robert Wade said: “We pride ourselves on our quality product and service and we look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful island.”

What to expect

The 12 bures are designed to comfortably accommodate two adults, three children under twelve years of age and an infant.

It can easily accommodate four adults (1 king bed + 2 single beds).

With the additional space the bathroom facilities have also been extensively remodelled and separated to allow for space and privacy.

The resort also offers interconnecting family bures at a special rate for families with older children.

Storage space has also been increased for the longer staying guests.

Background

Treasure Island is located within the Mamanuca group.

Mr Wade said Treasure Island offers 68 traditionally-styled and recently renovated bures, along with a sophisticated restaurant and bar, three-tiered swimming pool and a highly acclaimed kids’ club!

He said: “The resort has that truly authentic Fijian experience and this genuine hospitality shown by the staff is contagious and the main reason we have so many return guests.”
