Victoria Wines Food & Wine Festival At FTE

Victoria Wines sponsored Food and Wine Festival will be showcasing products at the Fijian Tourism Expo (FTE) 2015.
The festival aims to project the array of sophisticated culinary wonders that Fiji has to offer as a key component of the tourism product.
The FTE will take place in Denarau from tomorrow.
There will be more than 14 chefs showcasing a broad range of tasty morsels at the hestival.
These skilfully crafted dishes will be accompanied by a range of carefully selected wines from Victoria Wines.
Wines showcased will be by the Villa Maria from New Zealand, Yalumba from Australia, Bottega from Italy, Gerard Bertrand from France and Trapiche from Argentina.

Tourism Fiji’s Director of Events, Ms Sally Cooper said: “We will be launching Mamasake at FTE, a brand new concept restaurant for Fiji.
“Internationally renowned Sofitel Fiji will be launching a new pool side dining concept and Starwood will feature two of their signature restaurants.”
“Lee Acreman from Taste Fiji will ensure those with a sweet tooth are satisfied with his Fiji sugar cane inspired range of sweet treats.
“Farmers Club with gourmet pub food, a kava cafe and their fire dancers adding their own taste to the food and wine festival.”
Hilton Fiji Beach Resort Executive Chef, Clinton Webber says their Deli Cabana menu will be showcasing high-end gluten free products, all artisan made, using fresh local and imported items.
While the Maravu – meaning ‘Calm Ocean’ – menu is a Pan Asian style restaurant.
